All items are handmade by Danielle and made in a smoke free home. All pre-made and custom hats are sold thru Etsy Store unless purchased at Studio.
Shipping
Finished items ship within 2 days of purchase . Most custom orders are finished within 2 weeks and will be shipped within 2 days of being purchased. I will let you know if it will take longer.
Return Policy
You will always be able to see a photo of your order before you purchase it. Once you receive your item, if you are not happy with your order return it within 14 days and I will make adjustments as needed at no extra charge.

Do you make Custom Orders? yes, just email me with your name and what you would like . Please include sizes, how many, and colors. I will email you back with confirmation, total price, and the estimated time it will take.
Your items will be posted in my Etsy store when completed. They will be in the Reserve section under your name. It will include pictures so you can preview your order, if you would like any final changes made, just email me.
What type of yarn do you use? I use mostly Acrylic yarn, and some cotton and wool. All of my booties are made out of 100%cotton.
How do I take care of my purchase? All Items should only be hand washed in cool water with light detergent and laid flat to dry. Remove any flowers or bows not sewed on before washing.
